Getting a judgement?

Dear Soc,

BF and BM went to court on July 27, 2004 for custody hearing. As of today, Jan 3, we have heard NOTHING from the court.

1. Can we do anything to get a judgement?

2. Does a jusge have a time limit as to how long he has to decide?

Case is in Arkansas.
