Trial Brief and Decleration

Soc, I am representing myself in Pro Per in my custody case. I have a upcomming support hearing on Feb. 8. This is my first time writting a decleration and showing up in Pro Per. I only receive SSi as income. I want the court to run guidmine support and ask the respondent mother to pay me guidline support.

1. Would you over look it for me to see if it is ok as far as use in court?

2. If so could you please offer me feedback as what to keep and or not to keep and/or what I need to add?

If you can not or do not want to overlook it for me I understand, I thought it wouldnt hurt to ask though. I am very nurvous about the upcomming hearing and just do not want to make a mistake.
