yes I agree.
I may add that even though in the past my ex was served by the sherif, ... she did say at the hearing (another one) that she had never received it.
The judge asked her how she knew of that hearing then ? :)

The only rules here are you have to be 18 or over and not a party named in the current court case. I served BM in a parking lot at her job at pick -up. I just handed her a yellow envelope with the papers....I signed a notarized form that stated I served her. Courts accepted it a few times this way...
