CS Mod hearing FINALLY in the works!!

CSE (FL DOR) LOST DH's financial affadavit.... THIS is what has stalled DH's downward modification.

"Conflict Atty" is filing paperwork, BM should be served within a week :)

It has taken 10 months... DH called CSE about 3x's per day... once an "operator" said to him "Mr. XXXXXX You have already called today."  DH's response was "Has BM been served yet? Is there a court date??"  Her response was "Uh,  No" SO DH said "Well I will keep calling until she is served, and I have a court date"  LOL.... it WORKED!!

DH finally had to e-mail and call the AG office just to get a file of cs started after filling out the paperwork a couple of times because they kept 'losing it' he faxed it to the AG yesterday so we know they have it.

Oh and it should have started 4 mo. ago.
