  Section 620      Authorization of appropriations

       a) For the purpose of enabling the United States, through the secretary, to cooperate with state public welfare agencies in establishing, extending, and strengthening child welfare services, there is authorized to be appropriated for each fical year the sum of
$325,000,000.00

To the dads who are paying child support, not able to see their children, and whos ex's are on welfare: WHERE DO YOU THINK THE
$325,000,000.00 came from? From us. The tax payers. Did you vote to allow $325,000,000.00 to be given away so that your ex can use your children to pay HER bills? I don't remember voting for that one. We need to organize, together, and vote to re-appropriate that money either to our children or to ourselves. We need to "enable" our children and ourselves, not the people in those big white houses on the hill. It should'nt be going to make the ex's car payment!!!! Do Something!!!!
