CS and Summer at Grandma's

Fiance pays child support all year for his daughter.. and for the last several years the daughter has spent the entire summer with my fiance's mother. His mother has asked BM to send her some money for her grandaughter's expenses during that time but she won't. My fiance would like to do something so that he can pay his mother during the summer months instead of BM. Anyone heard of anything like that?

Are there any rules for yearly summers with Grandparents?

daughter doesn't come visit you during the summer?

We have his teenage son and my three teenagers living in one small house. There is no more room period. We're already at full capacity. His daughter is younger and does not like staying there with all the teens, and prefers to stay with grandma. They live close by.

The only thing that can be done is have the grandma petition to the court or ask the c/s agency to redirect the c/s payments. Is there an agency involved in the collection of the support payments? If there is ask them to help, if not you or grandma would have to take it to court.
