In regards to the class action lawsuit,  I live in Wisconsin, my children are in Pennsylvania, visits are made by my traveling to Pa. Which state do I need to join with? I had requested info from Curtis Patton to join in Pa suit, he wrote he would send, ( havent heard anymore ), is this who I need to be in contact with or do I need to be in contact with someone for Wi? Thank you in advance for your input.

File in which ever state that has jurisdiction over your case. From the sounds of it, I believe PA has jurisdiction over your case. However, if the kids moved from WI, and that is where your current order is from, then WI would have jurisdiction.

The suit is more about custody than it is about child support.
