Yeah....you're probably right.  Best to just suck it up *grrrrr*  BM of his son doesn't (normally) give us any problems.  DH doesn't hear from her whining how he's in arrears X amount of money and all the other BS that goes with it.
His ex on the other hand is a different story. She hasn't worked in 3 years (since SD started in kindergarten) and she is currently separated from her 2nd husband.  So of course she's counting on child support to pay the bills. CS is withheld from DH's check every week and she's still complaining because he's allegedly in arrears to her by $700.  If that was the case he would have already received a notice to show cause.  She claims she got a letter from CSE saying he was in arrears. DH has received nothing saying he's in arrears to her. And why would they send something to her? She's not paying it! LOL  And you're right....DH is fully expecting to be dragged back in to court for an increase. Just a matter of time.

IF you have time, you might want to research the following (I haven't had time but it's on my do list:
frivolous lawsuit, vexatious litigation, abuse of process and barratry (civil) as they relate to family law. I be damned if I'd let her get away with this.
