Second contempt in Ohio

He was invited to the last hearing. He would attend if even if it weren't required.

I agree that we'd rather see her working than in jail. It's been 4 weeks now, and she hasn't paid anything yet. She has till mid-August when the next hearing is, and then there is no guarantee she won't be jailed even if she starts paying.

She has managaed to get jobs in the past, like a convenience store, but didn't keep them. She probably has lousy references, and I doubt if she could pass a drug screen. She is also supposed to report to a find work program whenever she is not working. I doubt if she has done that.
