missing son

I am missing my son his mother just left with him with out notice nothing I have been in and out of court they dont do crap when we went to court she didnt show they actully called her at home I thought if she didnt show it was a default and I would win my case  I havent seen my son for five months now I am desperate I need help can anyone help me I am being treated like I have no rights as a father and Im getting the run around big time I dont know what to do please someone help me
