apparently my ex has or will be filing a motion to move to virginia (or may be bluffing.) just wondering on the state of your state, and the courts' general attitude towards fathers.

It really depends on the county : ) chesterfield is the worst when it comes to fathers but then DH got custody here... It is not too bad
