First time posting so bear with me.  I have recently filed suit against my ex fiance for joint legal and physical custody of my infant son.  Her terms and behavior wasn't cutting it.  When I filed the suit I used the court assistance as I had no clue what to do and needed to act fast.  Since then I have created a comprehensive parenting plan as well as other documents I would like to replace many of the original documents with.  The only thing I have guessed is to use form FL-306 -application and order for reissuance of order to show cause-  but I don't know if this is the route.  Please advise.

Also, her plan is to use the 'breastfeeding argument' to attempt unequal visitation and I am wondering if there is a helpful rebuttle to that argument.  (I am in California)

Thank you in advance.

I am not too sure on the court documents to use cause I have never dealt with CA courts, however, for the breastfeeding argument that is a no go. They make nice little things called breast pumps and tell the judge you would be more then willing to buy one for her. LOL BTW, breast milk can be frozen for latter use. You can read up on breast feeding at this site: http://www.2coolbaby.com/Documents/storemilk.htm the judge will have a hard time saying no to you if you have already done your homework.

Hope this helps a little

Ask Soc

I have amended a few of my documents, and all I had to do is place the word amended before the title of the court document you want to amend and submit them to the clerk and have them served upon the other party, really very easy.

But you should ask Soc for Cali practice
