Contempt of Court - CS (DH won-sorta)

StupidBFH took DH to court for 2 months CS not being paid.  Yes, I said two months.  (Guess where SBFH works?!)  Anyway, the cases before DH were for years of arrearage, etc... DH goes in front of the Judge with 2 months and explains that he wasn't working.  Judge says fine.  SBFH says, "well he's paid the preschool!".  What a dumbaXX!  DH never got the opportunity to say that I'd paid for it.  

Anyway, even with her little position at her little job, she still didn't win.  DH has to pay his payments on time for 6 months and all counts are dropped.  SBFH didn't prance out of the court room in very high spirits today, poor baby!

Glad to hear that some matters that are obviously trivial are handled properly...

my SO got sued 7 days after a SINGLE payment was late...

gotta love some of these people...
