Common law left the house and we are expecting in 2.5 weeks! HELP!

hello all,

im going to get to the point.

My common law wife left the house last week without any word. 2 days later she showed up while i was out of the house and removed 80% of her stuff including everything in the nursery. We are expecting our first child in 2.5 weeks. On the advise of friends of hers as well as the local police department i went to her doctors office to meet with the doctor and explain that she has been very depressed lately and i was worried about her health and welfare as well as that of the child. long story short i ended up in handcuffs and in jail for criminal harassment. In court the crown made a deal with my shurity to have our family dog returned to her in trade for my freedom (bizzar!!).

i had one chance to get my stuff out of the house after i was released with a police escort...but low and behold, she changed the locks to the house she moved out of and i have the clothes on my back and i cannot come within 500 meters of the brand new house we purchased one month ago.

Few issues at hand:

i wont be there for my child's birth or even know when it happens

i will not be able to name my child if im not there

i cant legally get my stuff out of my house assuming she did not toss it all out or hide it some ware to paly games with me

She has our family dog

I have nothing and she has everything.....what to do?!
