Dad's boys are best friends with Dad's fiance's son.  They call and talk all the time, and hang out together in school.  They even have all the same friends.  It's a great arrangement.

The only reason Mom is fighting is that she wants the full amount of the child support check. There has never been a parenting plan in place.  It is a requirement in CA and before the final papers are drawn up, Dad wants to change the arrangement.

As the judge said last time in court, there isn't anything entered into the court, so until that gets put on paper, it's wide open.  

Dad wants more time with his sons.  There is no reason he shouldn't get it...especially when Mom's only reason for stopping it would be her loss of income.

We will see and I will keep you posted.
