Troublesome Teenage Mother on the Run, WITH MY KIDS!

I made the mistake of marrying a 17 year old girl and impregnating her.  We had a lot of problems and she has run off to her homestate (not the state my children were born in) with my twins!!!   She is staying in an abused wife's center but isn't filing domestic violence charges on me.  The whole place is confidential and nobody will tell me where she or my babies are!  I hear she's even trying to get a restraining order on me!  Isn't this kidnapping?  What in the world should I do?  Don't I have more rights than her because she is a minor?  I need help, if anyone knows anything, please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to get an attorney asap.

File for custody in the home state of the kids (where they were born)
check on the process of serving her I know in my state if you cannot locate the other parent you can serve by publication (in a newpaper in the town of her last know residence) but must be in the paper for 4 weeks.

Read everything you can on this site. Document all the times etc you have tried to locate your children.

Just because she is 17 doesn't mean you have more rights than her, unfortunatley when it comes to mothers they usually are given more rights and dads have to fight like hell to get them.
