separated/ wife moving to another state....HELP

I live in MAine, wife has decided to move to delaware. To live with a guy she met online(yahoo). She is adament about this, I think its nuts. my daughter knows no one there, no family, no nothing. Visitation will be limited, shes just running away. I need help to get custody of my daughter, she has already given her son to her first husband, but I beleive shes doing this to get back at me.
Please give me some advise.

File a TRO prohibitting her from removing your child from that jurisdiction until it is resolved in court.  And you WILL have to go back to court on this.  Basically the TRO tells her that she can leave if she wants to, but the child canNOT.

File an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, and she will have to prove to the judge the move is in the childs best intrest.
