Need psych eval

Judge has ordered a psych eval on mom and dad to determine custody of infant.  Dad has custody - mom has supervised visits due to threatening to kill baby, self, and dad.  Anybody know of a good psychiatrist in Hawaii, or suggestions and how to find one?  Mom is a master liar and manipulator - we need someone who can see through it all.

You want someone with experience in court room proceedings. Some psychologists are skittish about that.  Talk to some lawyers in your State.
