I feel the same way Danae.

However let me first say that my legal knowledge is zero.  So I must rely on others who are knowledgeable in this area to interpret the lawsuit.  

Unfortunately even those who very, very pro custody reform agree with lawmoe in regards to the crafting of the law suit.

At custodyreform.com CD (Caring Dad) who ACTUALLY read the entire 43 page complaint gave his summarization.

CD is the owner of the site and it's purpose is to change the custody laws.

I would like to see the lawsuit succeed. However, I have read thecomplaint and believe it has little chance of making it to trial or to succeed. It is poorly drafted and fails to meet even the most minimal requirements of a federal pleading.  

I do wish them luck and applaud their efforts.
