Custody Trial Update

Custody trial began yesterday and BM left MAD.  We started with BM, one neighbor from the house she moved into less than 2 months ago, 2 prior neighbors, her sister and father.  Here's how it went....

Firstly, as DH walked into courtroom, SF screamed pr**k, DH turned to him and said "watch your mouth", then asked the court officer if he heard this too, as he nodded SF said "make me!"  the officer went off, screaming if he said another word he would be escorted out of the courtroom and not be allowed back in.  The judge heard what was going on.  SF pulled worse in another court just a year ago and is dening it even though we have proof from the sheriff. What an i***t!

BM is obsessed with not making the drive to drop the children off to us  and has made up every excuse not to, some pretty disguting.  Yesterday, she told the court she had one car and SF gets home from work at 6PM, but the pictures she took to show what a beautiful new home the kids have has 2 cars in the driveway, all neighbors under cross old and new stated SF has his own truck, they also stated they see him come home between 2:30 and 4PM everyday.  BM said she moved 5 times rather than 6th and never to Melville, under cross sister remembered going to her house in Melville. They told the judge DH uses drugs, which he never ever has and has tested neg., sister admitted to smoking marijuana with BM.  When everyone was asked about SF's record they knew that he was arrested for fighting with a guy once.  Noone knew he has 26 violent arrests for arson, domestic violence,etc.that landed him in jail for 5 years and he is currently on probation for patronizng a prostitute; has 2 children he has no rights to and has been married 4 times.
   
Sister said DH tried to rape her more than 4 years ago under cross she forgot to press charges.  She says she's in fear of her life because DH drives passed her house but later states she drives past DH's house and sees his work boots on the top step, so this makes him OCD and a threat to the children; yet everyone stated how "impeccable" BM's house is, but that is a great environment for the kids. Sister admitted to father's associate shooting a bullet through their window and pouring gasoline around the house in an attempt to burn it down while everyone was home including the grandkids in question.

BM's father's arrest last year came out, I don't think BM even knew about it. We also brought out his violent past, which he thought DH would keep secret. He said he drives past our house and saw OSD (8) playing in the street, he was terrified for her life but did not tell BM because she wouldn't call CPS anyway.  She called them less then a year ago.

Everyone admitted the kids call SF daddy, even though BM swore that wasn't true and told the court just the opposite that when the kids are with us we put then in time-out if they don't call me mommy.
 
There was a lot of fumbling with words, even the judge got annoyed and told the sis and father just answer the question a few times. There was a lot of eye contact between the new neighbor and BM and BM was mouthing to the sister what to answer at times.  Everyone noticed.

The law guardian was laughing, bowing her head and rolling her eyes throughout these ridiculous testimonies.  

We go back next Thursday, when the mother and husband testify and then BM gets cross-examined and the good stuff comes out.

BM's lawyer asked that a new evaluator be allowed to testify for the 3rd time and he was shot down again, he also asked that the children's therapist be allowed to testify.  This is after we had to file a contempt order just for BM to bring them and we had it specifically ordered that she be for the kids only and not be allowed to testify, judge said No!
 
We've got quie a bit in store for them during our testimony, but I will leave that for later....

Your post is so..... so ............. Calm and factual.  

That to me is amazing!!  If I was in your shoes going through that three ring circus, my synopsis would have had the qualities of a Raging, Lunatic.


So tell me your secret.  How do you remain relaxed and composed during this ordeal?

It's looking good for you and your husband.  BM and SF are a piece of work.  Imagine using foul language like that, nevermind in a courtroom in front of a judge.  He's trash, and so is she.  Why would a woman marry a man with 26 violent arrests, and have such a person around her kids?  I see that they smoke pot.  I'm betting that's not all they do.  More like methamphetamine or crack, if you ask me.

That was nice language!  I have tape recordings of both of them screaming and cursing, threatening me in front of the kids.  We have witnesses to SF taking the phone from OSD and telling DH "I'm gonna f*** you with my fist."  The grandparents told YSS since he's 3 that DH is a motherf***er.  LOWLIFES

BM met La Loser on a chat line while he was under house arrest for beating up an ex-wife and she flew out to Florida to meet him, came home asked DH to move out and then moved him in with the kids. She swore over and over what a good man he was.  Wrote a letter to the court recently that he was "her knight in shining armor".
BM filed a petition laast October stating he was an unfit parent and look where we are now. They expect him to lie down and play dead for the whole family. They were all extremely abusive to him over the years but he is gaining back control of his life and they're not expecting this.

When we got this ridiculous petition I did my detective work and found this website now she's in BIG trouble.

Finally, I've got one word for BM, HA!
