Thought you might be able to answer this...
local ads at bus stops here (Vegas) have a picture of a clean-cut looking MAN from behind and the caption reads something  like "have you seen this abuser?" (have to get back out to bus stop again to see what it says word for word).
Now, I believe the number is something like, 1-800-4-achild, or something like that....
I am incredibly offended that this agency is spouting, via the picture, that a MAN is the only abuser there is--and I noticed this poster outside the mall too....
How would one find out what ad agency supports this bias? Call that number?

Go check that poster again.  Down at the bottom there will be the name of the agency who is sponsoring it and also the name of the co. who printed it.  It's in VERY small letters sometimes, so look carefully.  But it has to be there..........

Just a thought...

With it being posted in a public place, would it not be for the public? I would take it down and hang on to it. Might be of use. Either that, go take a picture of it and write down all the information, word for word.

This is gender bias and promoting the same thing as those damned T-shirts

Could it be a wanted poster?  Could this guy have actually harmed a child and is now on the run?  From the short description you gave...it could very well be a man with a warrant.

IF it is a real man on the run for abuse...sounds like a good idea.  Maybe the police agencies can do something similar to all people who harm children and go on the run.  (I personally would like to see welfare mooches face splashed across a bus stop right about now)

They do things like this to people who visit prostitutes...we have a JohnsTV here.  They also do things like this for pedophiles.
