My husband's ex wife who has primary placement of their 13 year old daughter, had HER youngest daughter (not his child) call him on Saturday and announce that they are moving to Texas next week. He asked to speak to her and when he objected she just hung up on him. Said she wasn't going to argue.

Then she had another child of his call my husband's parents and tell them that though she realizes she is doing something illegal it is up to HIM (my husband) whether she gets in trouble or not. He will be responsible for that.

They are in fact already there "on vacation" but she is getting a house next week so they will then be official residents. We all currently live in Wisconsin.

Hubby's divorce agreement says she has to give him 60 days written notice by certified letter and he has 15 days to respond. It also states that anyone who breaks this rule is subject to up to a $10,000 fine and two years in prison.

Of course he is absolutely against this move. However, we do not have the money to hire an attorney. We just absolutely don't. We're struggling to keep our home. Where would he even start? What authorities should he notify? WI child support? (He pays child support) The sheriff's department? Surely he has recourse that isn't going to cost us everything we have?
