I need help, Filing for Emergency custody on sept 30th

I need to make sure I have all the correct documents, DSHS is involved there has been a history of sexual and physical abuse in the home where my daughter is, The social worker is willing to speak on my daughters behalf in court to place her in my custody.

I just need a list of all the forms I should have ready before I go into court, I am looking to get in there early enough to get a same day hearing to get atleast a temp order for sole custody, please if anybody is reading this and knows this process I would be in your debt forever this is my daughters life we are talking about.

The man that molested my daughter is still in the home and mom is aware of what he did to our daughter, CPS did a investigation and ruled it Error in judgement becuase that man was drunk, What are they thinking????

What state are you in?

You definitely need a motion/petition, an affidavit, and attach any other documentation (cps reports maybe) as evidence, make sure to reference them properly.
