limited phone visitation

hey all...I just need to jnow if anything can be done about my limited phone conversations with my kids. My ex-wife was supposed to get a land line so she wouldnt have to have the kids talk on her cell....she has refused and limits my talk time to 5 minutes if that. All we ever talk about is the weather....they could just watch the news if thats all they need to know.
