corporal punishment

I need information to a site that shows long term effects of coporal punishment. Well at least that is what the courts called ,slapping in the face-arms-back, grabbing by clothes and pulling untill being choked, pushing to the ground, yelling & screaming not to mention being in fear.
I would like to have this info for court

I am going to my 3rd round at one evaluator and beg a whole new evaluation do to my ex saying the one we have is biased. she had petitioned for a move to 4 hours away and court has turned her down
already twice once about 7 months ago. but she seems to think this time will be different...
