Cindy Ross has criminally crossed the line, once too many times, as far as I am concerned... and I am doing something real about it!

On pure good faith, I joined her FAMILYCOURTREFORM Yahoo! Group last Sunday (April 13, 2004), simply to distribute a collection of valuable information regarding numerous federal rights, laws, and USSC cases supporting, and detailing HOW to obtain, justice in the family courts of this country, as we also did with numerous other groups and orgs nationwide at the same time... The responses have been UNANIMOUSLY thankful and appreciative, and these even included several responses from members in Cindy's own group!

Meanwhile, Cindy fraudulently baited me with a private email, and then soon thereafter posted a couple of utterly false and horrendously libelous emails to her Yahoo! Group - per her apparently typical modus operandi, she libeled about me being falsely imprisoned by my "family court" (if you've never realized that false imprisonment is a problem on the scale of family court injustice, then see http://forejustice.org/wc/wrongful_conviction_websites.htm for a rude awakening...), and falsely libeled me about being somehow imvolved with incest or molestation or her other similarly false accusations.

At this point, I knew nothing previously about her, but SOON learned of *this* site, and of numerous things about her all over the Internet - especially her unceasing pattern of baseless libel and harassment against numerous persons and entities, and of certain situations that are considered cyberstalking under California law:

Frankly, any vain hopes that their Pompano attorney friend, Liz Kates (who is probably not licensed to work in the FEDERAL court we are filing in), will be able to help them out is probably moot at this point, because Ms. Kates, being a co-defendant and co-conspirator by virtue of her online registered involvement with Ms. Richards' web "services", has also opened the door to Florida disbarment.

While others that Cindy has falsely criminalized seem to be content to sit back, and just TALK about it, but do NOTHING *tangible* about it, I had MY team get BUSY and find out everything that there was to know about her - pronto.

Now we will be also filing our federal civil torts complaint against her, "Liz" Richards, Ms. Kates, and etc.

We strongly recommend that ALL of Cindy's victims do likewise as above, or simply joinder as co-plaintiffs with us, after filing your own federal and state criminal charges against her...

Frankly, I don't care what may have happened to Cindy in the past - this woman is a horribly destructive and polarizing element in the midst of, and wrongfully interfering with, honest and hard-working mature citizens who have dedicated themselves to effecting real and positive reform in our nations' incompetent, crooked, and vulgar family court systems, and it's time for her to be set aside - permanently.

Harassment; "obscene message" defined
Sec. 2. (a) A person who, with intent to harass, annoy, or alarm another person but with no intent of legitimate communication:
(1) makes a telephone call, whether or not a conversation ensues;
(2) communicates with a person by telegraph, mail, or other form of written communication;
(3) transmits an obscene message, or indecent or profane words, on a Citizens Radio Service channel; or
(4) uses a computer network (as defined in IC 35-43-2-3(a)) or other form of electronic communication to:
(A) communicate with a person; or
(B) transmit an obscene message or indecent or profane words to a person;
commits harassment, a Class B misdemeanor.
