Out of State and in State

What can I do,  I have two children My oldest lives out of state his mother has child support order and my youngest lives here in GA. My ex-wife and I have a civil agreement. The support I currently have to pay has left me with devastated I earn a litlle less than 30,000 yearly I pay 13,920 yearly in child support and health insurance for the boys this leaves my with about 15,904 before taxes to survive on yearly. this amounts to 700.00 net take home monthly after all the deductions. Any advise at all is welcome. I want to be able to be a father but what can I do when I can't even take care of myself?
