I am preparing more on my trial.

Found some good stuff from my Official State site. It is in PDF.
I have Acrobat Reader 6. When I print this file out, the letters are all scrambled and slightly overlapping.

It opens up fine, in English. I don't get it...

I went back in to make sure I clicked on English, I did. So why is it printing out scrambled?

jilly

Do a print preview before you print it to see what it looks like.  You may need to go in and change some properties, like margins or something.

Print preview is in english. I tried to size to fit, I tried changing the font size. Letters are all scrambled. This is driving me nuts. It is almost like it is in a code, but it is something available to all.

Tried to copy and paste in MS word, same jumbled mess.

When you click on print and the gray print box appears, try clicking on the button that says "print as image", that should print the screen image you see, not the actual content.

I really appreciate the offer of help. Made calls and people thought I was nuts. They had never heard of this.

I was going crazy, really stuck on stupid with that one.

I guess life is a learning process.
