Parenting Plan

We are petitioning the court to amend the visitation agreement because it states "reasonable" visitation, which of course is not enforceable.  Because the BM is less than agreeable in arranging visitation, and is far from what we would consider "reasonable" (she hasn't agreed to allow a visitation outside of days specified in agreement in over 4 months now), we are asking to amend the agreement so that everything is spelled out.

Does anyone have any advice on what we should/shouldn't do when making this parenting plan?  What will the courts look for?

We are in VA, so anyone who has experience in VA would be great.

Best advice-Put down everything now that you can think of. Times, pick-up, drop-offs, who drives, exact holiday dates and times, summer dates and times, what happens at school age, what happens when it is your weekend and they have monday off.
Most of the plans on this site address all of the above and more (phone calls...).
