My SO has physical custody of his four year old. BM has every other weekend visitation.
One week before court she quit her job and told judge she had started school. She never was enrolled and starting working again a week after court. She was supposed to notify court within 7 days of working so that child support could be set. She never did.
 My questions are:
1. Can we notify the court she is working? And what proof will we need?

2. Can she be held in contempt for this?

3. If we can prove she lied in court (about attending school) what will be done to BM?

Thank You.

File a motion for contempt, and subpoena the employer's records. After doing this, you should be able to negotiate a settlement, cause the court will almost certainly sanction BM.

See #1 above.

She could simply state that she changed her mind, and that would end your case. Let it go.
