I have been trying to speak to the ex wife's attorney since April 16th, he will not respond to me in any form- not by telephone, fax, or letter.  He did email once and stated he had tried to call us at home but no one answered & no voicemail.  I have caller ID & he has NOT tried to call.

I am needing to speak with him regarding his client's refusal to put the boys on a scheduled flight & any subsequent flights- she is now demanding that hubby drive down there if he wants the boys.  The orders specifically state it is hubby's choice as to mode of transportation.

Any suggestions?

It may be that the attorney is not getting paid by his client, so he doesn't want to do any work.

Send a letter with your REASONABLE demand, copy both attorney and client, and state that if you don't receive a response in 5 days, that you will file a contempt motion.

Then, take action. If you don't, then you will be viewed as a pushover.

Thanx Soc!!!!

I hadn't thought about her not paying him- I just assumed he was ignoring ME!!!  He doesn't like dealing with me much because I don't back down very easily.

I have already sent him a letter regarding visitation & gave him 10 days to confirm... he received it today so I'll start marking my calendar & getting my contempt motion ready.

Geez I hate this mess.  But I appreciate your feedback tremendously!!!
