help.. with after court issues..

        received call from attorney today  and he is meeting with opposing atty in chambers with judge, beginning of next week. minute order states agreement was made (i dont know spefically what it states though)  our attorney has informed us there will be no additional fees as it is not our fault bm and opposing atty are going back on agreement.

  attorney said he is taking our order written specifically as we agreed to chambers he is also taking a copy of order that bm sent over.. showing all revisions and he is positive ours will be signed as this was what was agreed in her court this judge hates when people play games.
 
 therefore if judge signs it and mother does not agree with it then she'll  have to file an all new motion which hopefully she cannot afford.
