Just an update for you Soc

I now have custody of our oldest, and the ex has custody of our 2 youngest. Visitation is as agreed to in the Parenting Plan, and no CS was ordered.

No hearing was set as we both agreed to everything, and was submitted as such.

Judge signed the Consent Order this morning. I typed it up just as you'd posted (back in June).

Thanks so much for all your help!!!  I couldn't have done it without your guidance.
