What exactly is the agreement?

MISHELLE

agreement,
that both father and mother have joint legal and joint physical custody of child.
that mother will have child from week before school starts to day after school ends, father will have entire summer break from day after school ends to week before school begins.
That mother or mothers extended family be allowed one week of summer  (to allow for vacation) with written notice by such individual prior to summers beginning, but that week cannot take place until after 3 weeks of vacation with father, and all travel fees (pick up and return) will be paid by that individual.
Father will have every other christmas vacation, first one commencing in 2004, to take place the first day of said break, until day before school resumes. same for mother in all odd years.
each parent is to pay 50% of travel expenses, with ticket being purchased no later than 14 days prior to childs travel date.

there are other general, and restraint on conduct to add, also a clause stating that these terms may be renegociatedby either party in  2006 if necessary.

thanks

Gee, pushy aren't we. If this is a modification of an existing custody arrangement, then you should be able to use FL-355, available at [a href=http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/family/divorce/divforms.htm#summary].

If they're filing for divorce, all the forms are available on the same page.

If you are looking for the actual text of the agreement, I'd need to know every little detail.

MISHELLE

sorry didnt  meen to sound pushy,  there is no custody agreement, parents were never married and they want to do there own custody agreement, and then submit it to the court.
thanks
