Not really. From your posts, it appears that the other parent is in self-destruct mode. If so, then you'll get primary custody and that will be the end of it.

Thank you Soc! We hope you are right about the primary custody since that would be in the childs best interest. We will all know .........Feb is just around the corner!! I will be back I am sure between now and then. Thanks again for the input!
