I have one question

In my friend's court order it has what is called a  Judicial order for proper conduct. His ex has used this on him before his wife and he got married. She has had in the past guys stay the night with her. When they went to court the judge asked if there was any pictures of the guy being there. There was not any proof but a neighbor. The judge said without pictures than it was her word against the neighbors. So since that time they have pictures of other guys cars at her house in the time frame of 4 am to 6:30 am. It is two different guys and they have pictures of both of them. My question is:

1. Can they get in trouble for taking the pictures? They are taken down the road from her house and driving by the house.

Where there is a "reasonable expectation of privacy," privacy rights can be enforced -- otherwise not. Anything or anyone that/who is visible to the naked eye from a public street is not protected because there is no "reasonable expectation of privacy."

So, if you can photograph someone from a public road, then they are fair game to be photographed.
