Reasonable time to reimburse medical and daycare expenses

Court papers state
"The respondent is ordered to pay one half of all reasonable medical expenses to the extent not covered by insurance. The third party Petitioner is ordered to provide timely receipts of the same to the Respondent."

" The respondent is further ordered to pay one-half of all reasonable employment-related day care expenses for the minor child. The Third party petitioner shall submit receipts to the respondent."

The court papers do not state in what time frame the respondent ( dad) has to reimburse third party petitioner ( mom).

Mom holds on the all the receipts and gives them to dad at the end of the month and expects the amount to be paid immediately.
It's our understanding the dad has reasonable time to reimburse mom. Dad thinks 30 days is reasonable.
We are a family of 6,   4 children total....only one child is with the third party petitioner...So we are on a strict budget.
Dad pays all child support on time and has paid all daycare and medical expenses with in 30 day of all receipts.
Dad also carries medical and dental insurance.

1) Are we correct that we have 30 days to reimburse mom ?

No, the order says "reasonable," so it's up to you to make an argument that net 30 from date of receipt for reimbursement on a medical claim is a reasonable response time. I think it's pretty reasonable, and the court may think so, but, that's no guarantee. The judge could say, "Five days is all I'm giving you, because the other parent is living day to day, and you're imposing too much of the financial burden on her and your child."

So, if this is really an issue, then I suggest that you try to stipulate to an order that will remove the controversy, or ask the judge to resolve it for you.

The order does not state anything about reasonable time dad has to reimburse mom.

It Just states that Mom has to submit receipts to dad and dad is responsible for 1/2.

Nothing in the order states when dad is to pay mom after she gives him receipts.

I doubt mom will take dad back to court about the issue.
Since in the state of Nebraska we can change the order, that mom has to pay out of pocket medical expenses up to $800.00 before dad has to pay 1/2 of medical.
Also dad can provide free daycare with me or his parents, mom chooses to put her in daycare 3 days a week. ( Step daughter is with me 2 days of the week)
Just to be safe....

1) Until the  order changes,  will dad be contempt if he waits 30 days to reimburse mom?
( since there is no time frame in the order)

Thank You....
