In my case I am the plaintiff and the mother is the defendent.  I had a visitation modification, and the mothers lawyer wrote up the order.  At the bottom of the order he signed it very sloppily saying that he is the attorney for the plaintiff.  Is this legal?  Will this cause some type of technicality down the line?
