We have filed a Federal Class-action Lawsuit and, to date we have over 40 states that have filed and are actively involved.
 
I would encourage you to go to  http://www.indianacrc.org/classaction.html find your State and your States coordinator and join in on the class-action lawsuit. You will be amazed at how far we've come.
 
We still need your help in passing the word on to any supporters you may think of such as Mother; Father, Sister and Brother, etc... The more people we have involved the better our entity and the stronger the unit we become.

1. We know you also believe that the government has grown too large,
assumed too much, and taken far too many of our general rights and
liberties away. When the government (mostly run by lawyers...) also
began, approximately 25-30 years ago, to take children away from their
parents, by manufacturing and fueling a "no-fault" divorce industry,
and building in a self-serving child support racket to purposely
defraud federal funding dollars, they simply went too far, and it was

*thriving* industry which is progressively harming society en masse,

I have been trying to think of ways to get the word out about this lawsuit and get us non custodial parents a fair and balanced forum to get this lawsuit some national attention. Although I have seen that FOX news metioned it on their website, they allowed a feminist to write the story, a feminist that was very obviously biased.  I have been writing the day time talk shows, and news media both local and national in the hopes of gettingthe word out. Perhaps if enough people were to tell the news media that we want to hear about this issue and the lawsuit they will air it. I think dateline or 20/20 or a show of the same caliber would be an excellent forum. I have not gotten that far, so far I have only contacted Oprah, but it's a start. Wish I could do more, but I am in the process of moving into my panrets home...detail are on my web site at //www.help-a-dad.blogspot.com.

Enclosed they provide a letter and it can be modified. Only took me about 5 minutes to send to at least a dozen suggested organizations.
Will send more out tonight. Just copy and paste your letter. The more letters in regard to the NCP's coming across their desks, the more likely they will look at it.

We all need to keep up the effort and win this. Time for a wake up call...

I was wondering if everyone has sent the petition to eveyone they know? So far there are only 6800 or so signatures. Considering the number of non custodial parents if only half of them have access to a computer and give a crap about the cause there should be WAY more signatures then that. WE gotta brain storm on how to get the word out about this and into the public eye. I wrote OPRAH again and told her that me and 6800 of my friends wanted to see a show about non custodial parents rights. Maybe that will get the message across. KEEP SIGNING, KEEP SENDING, NEVER GIVE UP. We have GOT to win this thing!!!
