CS modification/review

I've just gotten notified of a CS review- its based on a regular schedule since the original order.  Anyone familiar with this process?  I've had some substantial changes to income- upward and some income from trust that weren't figured into the 1st order.  Afraid there's some over due med cost and the exb wants mofre for premium increases for the last 3 year too.  I havn't seen the kids for while- couple of years.  Will that be figued into this?

CS is generally reviewed every 3 years.  

You can go to //www.alllaw.com and then to thier child support calculators to see where you would fair.

Why haven't you seen your child?

We are going through one right now.  had to provide 3 years of everything and the CS worker said we can't have a daycare costs since we are the NCP.  Daycare doesn't matter - it only matters for the Custodial parent.  How about them apples!
