What do you do when three (3) states are trying collect and enforce support for the same one case, child, and order?   The states are Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.   Arkansas is where I (the father/NCP) lives.   Oklahoma is the home state of the child and where the court and OCSE case started.  Arizona is where the custodial mother moved with the child and remarried.  Apparently the original Oklahoma support order was reciprocated or registered in Arizona and Arkansas.  Couldn't this be fraud?

I think you may want to post this on Socrateaser's board.   Just be sure to read the rules for posting and follow them or he won't answer you.

I would contact OCSE and see what the deal is. Then I would talk to an attorney. I live in the great state of Oklahoma where all they care about is the mother and making sure she and Oklahoma gets your money. Forget about getting a fair judge and letting the father see the children. Sorry just really down on the family courts in this great state.
