i think thats why the judges are there.  police have to believe the complainants unless it is obviously not a real situation. that is their job. then it goes to a judge.

"When there are grounds for suspicion that a person has committed a crime or misdemeanor, and public justice and the good of the community require that the matter should be examined, there is said to be a probable cause for, making a charge against the accused, however malicious the intention of the accuser may have been. And probable cause will be presumed till the contrary appears.

In an action, then, for a malicious prosecution, the plaintiff is bound to show total absence of probable cause, whether the original proceedings were civil or criminal. "

shouldn't we be getting lawyer fees back from the state if we were given "unenforcable court orders?"

But yet, the CO is enforceable in regard to child support. But to hell with visitation/parenting time.

Some Police Officers are understanding to the situation and will do what they can. They are fathers too, trying to work with uncooperative CP's.

Sometimes it is just the luck of the draw.

If your ex lives in another town, make sure you stop somewhere and get a receipt showing you where there. Drive to the Police Station and request an incident report. There are some departments that are required to write a report on all issues. Just depends on the department.

A receit may not be enough since any one can just oick one up off the ground. I think it's be best to make the purchases with a credit/debit card because the purchases could be traced that way and the receit would have some of your info on it.

If the pigs do nothing but do file a report, go get a copy of the report. After that, take the report and other info to the state's attorney's office and purdue charges. It might help.
