 Just keep doing what you are doing and the courts will recognize your parenting skills and will think highly of you. It is a tough battle and a very costly one but if you are truly doing this for the kids and not just trying to screw the ex then your efforts will be seen. Maybe you to might want to petition the courts to appoint a lawyer for the children to represent thier interest. My ex ask the courts and they appointed one, and in the beginning I thought this was a bad idea but in the end the lawyer was behind me 100%, and manage to convince the judge also that the ex wasn't just interested in gain custody but her motivation was strickly a financial gain and the judge once again slapped her on the wrest and she was denied child support again and custody was left alone at 50/50. Just hang in thier and moment will be right. I'll pray for you...
