In the past 4 years my ex has moved 7 times (Her 4th time was out of state with a boyfriend in 2007). It was just announced today that she was moving again. This makes it her 4th time in the last two years within the school district.

A total of 8 times she has moved.

Other issues:

Since she moved out of state, my relationship with my 6 year old son is diminishing, with her encouragement (I can actually hear her in the background laughing and telling him to hang up). He is not the same loving boy that left two years ago.

She drops him off at her parents house for weeks at a time, who liveonly 20 minutes from me, to visit. I don't get so much as a call. This is tough reality when you don't get to see your kid for 3 or more months at a time.

She refused to provide child care receipts and medical information/receipts.

When he is visiting me (a very rare occasion), she calls 2 - 3 times a day - early and late proclaiming her rights every time. I really don't mind her calling to talk to him, it just seems excessive and really takes my quality time away. And if I ignore the calls, it's non-stop ringing.

Sometimes it will take my son 2 weeks to call me back when he is with her.

And, boy is she good at turning things around. Email is the only thing that has saved me and she will hardly do that anymore.

Is there anything I can do? Would I have a case for custody when it comes to her not providing a stable home for our child?

Yes the constant moving is a change in circumstances- the instability is a best interest item
