Bascially I came home from work my wife and XXX were gone.  I found them  and she told me she had an affair and that she was going to file.  She filed and I was served papers.   Every day I asked her before and after being served if I could spend time with my son at my house.  She refuses.  On the summons and complaint form it basically says what my wife has requested, and when to respond.  There is no signature by a Judge anywhere. On the summons and complaint form
She requested no property to be divided.
She requested temoporary support orders for the payment of support for children.  
number nine says
9. Motions(s) are attached that request temporary restraining order(s) concerining: a.property  (not checked)  B. domestic assault (not checked)
c. other: specifiy  Visitation supervised (filled  in and checked)

It goes on to state what she is requesting for concerning legal and physical custody.

There are no motions attached to the summons and complaint.   Sadly this all went down over the holidays.  I did not get to spend any time with my son at all.  Any thoughts?
