yes i have told my lawyer, and yes i have had him... i guess the talk the police had with her must have done something because she agreed to this verbal agreement with me,
tue-  i pick him up from bus, drop him off to school wed
thur- i pick him up from bus, drop him off to school fri
and everyother weekend i have him fri sat and she picks him up sunday evening
so it is pretty even with that....  after we made this agreement a few weeks ago we have barely spoken with each other.  i dont know if it makes a difference but she partys every chance she gets, and has just recently started focusing on our son.
now im not sure when the new court date is, it has had 2 continuances, and the last one was on the 18th of august. we have not had 1 court date yet, so im thinking the next one will probably be near the beggining of september.
