July 2012 Mother meets with Father's Lawyer who informers Wife that she will have Joint Custody, and will be able to see Son on a regular basis. Father agree's to month to month custody arrangements.
August/September 2012 Mother must sign divorce and parenting plan to be able to see Son.
Wife does not have a job yet, and is struggling to find work. Believing the Joint Custody Plan will work out, she signs the divorce degree not realizing she gave physical custody to Husband.
October 2012 Divorce and Parenting Plan has been seen by a Judge, and has been finalized.
October 2012 Father now decides he does not want the Mother to take Son out of state and is not cooperating with the Mother as they originally planed due to personal reasons.
November 2012 Mother visits Son briefly and has to relocate to FL because of lack of employment opportunities.
December 2012 Father calls mother to inform her that he is joining the National Guard and is leaving guardianship with his Father (Grandparent). Mother is beyond enraged and is now seeking legal advice. She has been understanding and patient, tricked and taken advantage of, she is looking for any possible legal advise and is willing to do anything to battle full custody.

Father is not being reasonable, and has put the Mother in a very unfortunate circumstance. She understands she has made many mistakes in the legal battle, and feels she should have done something much sooner, but every lawyer she has talked to was not willing or able to help.

Someone please let me know if there is anything she can do to make this situation change, or if there is any way legally someone can look at her case.

Thank you so much for your time in reading this.

tigger

Questions:
What's the citizenship of each of the parents and child?

Did she move to take a job in Florida or because the prospects were better?

Has she tried to find employment in Kansas?
The wonderful thing about tiggers is I'm the only one!
