No, no where in America awards 50/50 placement. Most will give 50/50 LEGAL custody which just means both parents pick doctors and schools and make decisions together.
Almost always, one parent is given primary custody, where child lives most of the time. Then the other parent gets visitation (usually at least every other weekend and one night during the week, some time in summer for vacation, and split holidays).
Really depends on age of child and work schedules of both parents to change the standard visitation plan.
