"out of town" -- is not defined nor in any order right?

Sounds like the word reasonable -- never defined, but the sides should be reasonable.

There's a reason we divorced -- reasonable has his definition and mine, and what matters is the court order.

(and yes, mine lined up better with the court's opinion than his).

The is what the "new" agreement states, if ever put into action:


The parties agree that they shall openly and honestly communicate with one another with regards to all matters concerning the child.
The parties will be limited to one phone call per day with said child in the absence of an emergency and will make every attempt not to interfere with the other parties' time with said child.

And here is the problem with the mother....we just got a call.


SHE is 82 miles away with child.  Mother is being admitted into hospital - this would have been scheduled atleast a day or two ago as part of her ongoing medical issue.  Did she call yesterday and provide the 24 hour notice she says must be given?  NO.......


Bright note - we get child tonight!
