I am Pro Se in a custody hearing in 3 weeks in Colorado, and I need to know if anyone knows what the Rules of Evidence are for the state. Specifically do I need to give my ex-wife copies of all evidence I plan to present at the hearing in advance, and can I just present this evidence to the court openly or do I have to present it as part of questioning. I tried reading the the statutes but found them to be rather unhelpful. Also, reside out of state so I can not attend any hearings ahead of time to see for myself how it is done.
thanks
